Returns & Exchanges

At frank green, we want you to love your sustainable homeware, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or customized.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unused items in their original boxes and protective packaging to ensure they arrive back to us in sellable condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
